This role is perfect for someone who values structure and consistency. You’ll be working a fixed 2-week rolling rota, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts via our Click to Care app for added flexibility and income.

Your Set Rota Pattern example

Week 1:

Monday: 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Wednesday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Week 2:

Wednesday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Your Role as a Community Carer

You’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care in customers’ homes. Tasks include:

👕Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

🍽Meal preparation and hydration support

💊Medication administration or prompts

🫂Companionship and emotional support

🩼Assisting with movement and mobility

🧺Light household tasks (laundry, tidying, making drinks)

📄Updating visit notes using our digital app

What You’ll Need to Join Our Hive 

🚗 A full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

💪 The ability to work independently while knowing you’ve got a strong team behind you.

📚 No previous care experience? No worries! We provide full training to get you buzzing with confidence.

📜 A transferable DBS is helpful, but we can arrange one if needed.
