Roles At The Hive
Care Focused
Community Care Supervisor
Community Care Supervisor at Beehive Care is a senior, trusted role at the heart of our service. Supervisors are responsible for supporting a team of Community Carers and ensuring that care in their allocated area runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. They act as the vital link between the care delivered in people’s homes and the wider office and senior management team — making sure communication flows, concerns are addressed, and every individual receives the right support at the right time. From spot checks and care reviews to liaising with families, professionals, and colleagues, Supervisors help keep everything connected and consistent.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a desk job. Supervisors model best practice, guide new carers, and step in when situations need experience, reassurance, or problem‑solving. They’re responsible for quality, safeguarding, and ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and understood. To support this, we provide thorough training, ongoing development, and regular supervision so you feel confident in both the care and leadership aspects of the role. If you’re ready to take the next step in your care career, combining people skills, organisation, and professional responsibility, becoming a Care Supervisor offers real progression and the chance to shape the standard of care across your community.
CQC-Registered Care Manager
CQC Registered Manager at Beehive Care holds overall responsibility for the quality, safety, and effectiveness of the service. They ensure that every aspect of care meets the standards set by the Care Quality Commission, from safeguarding and risk management to staff training, record‑keeping, and compliance. While they may not be in every home day‑to‑day, their decisions shape the entire service: how care is delivered, how concerns are handled, how staff are supported, and how individuals’ needs are met. They oversee care plans, audits, policies, and regulatory requirements — making sure the service is safe, well‑led, and continuously improving.
But the role isn’t just about regulations; it’s about people. The Registered Manager is the central point connecting carers, supervisors, office teams, families, professionals, and senior leadership. They support staff, guide practice, respond to complex situations, and ensure that every person receiving care is treated with dignity and respect. They lead by example, championing high standards and nurturing a positive culture where carers feel valued and individuals feel safe. For jobseekers considering progression, this is a senior leadership role that blends compassion with accountability — perfect for someone who wants to shape the future of care, not just deliver it.

Community Carer
A Community Carer at Beehive Care is far more than “popping in for a chat” or “making a cup of tea.” It’s hands‑on, practical, deeply human work that enables people to stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You’ll be supporting individuals with essential personal care such as washing, dressing, continence support, mobility assistance, and medication administration. These are intimate, responsible tasks that require professionalism, empathy, and a genuine respect for the people you’re supporting. For many individuals, your visit is what allows them to remain in the place they love most, their home.
We know this level of responsibility can feel daunting, which is why we never expect you to walk in already knowing everything. Every Community Carer receives thorough training, shadowing, and ongoing support to build confidence in personal care, safeguarding, medication, dementia awareness, and communication. You’ll learn how to deliver care safely, sensitively, and with dignity, and you’ll always have a team behind you.
If you’re someone who wants a meaningful role where you make a real difference every day, community care offers purpose, progression, and the chance to support people in the moments that matter most.

Behind The Scenes
Operations Team
The Operations Team at Beehive Care keeps the whole service running smoothly. They coordinate rotas, manage schedules, handle calls from families and professionals, and make sure every visit is covered safely and on time. It’s a fast‑paced, problem‑solving role where no two days look the same. Operations staff are the central hub of communication — supporting carers out in the community, responding to changes, and ensuring individuals receive the care they’re expecting. It’s a role for people who enjoy organisation, teamwork, and staying calm under pressure.
Behind every successful care visit is an operations team making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time. They work closely with Supervisors and the Registered Manager to maintain quality, update care plans, and keep everything compliant and well‑coordinated. If you like variety, responsibility, and being the person who keeps everything connected, operations is the backbone of the service.
Recruitment & HR
The Recruitment and HR Team is responsible for bringing the right people into Beehive Care and supporting them throughout their employment. They manage job adverts, interviews, onboarding, DBS checks, contracts, and all the essential compliance that keeps the service safe and well‑staffed. But it’s not just paperwork — it’s about finding people with the right values and helping them feel welcomed, supported, and ready to thrive.
HR also plays a key role in staff wellbeing, performance, and development. They support supervisors and managers with policies, training records, staff issues, and ongoing communication. It’s a role for someone who enjoys people, detail, and creating a positive workplace culture. If you want to help shape a team that genuinely cares, HR is where that journey begins.

Training & Development
The Training Team ensures every member of staff has the skills, confidence, and knowledge to deliver safe, high‑quality care. They deliver induction training for new starters — covering personal care, safeguarding, medication, dementia awareness, communication, and more — and provide ongoing refresher courses and specialist development as staff progress. Their work directly impacts the quality of care individuals receive in their homes.
Training roles are perfect for people who love teaching, supporting others, and seeing staff grow. Trainers work closely with supervisors and managers to identify learning needs, update materials, and make sure everyone stays compliant with CQC standards. It’s a role with real influence: you’re shaping the next generation of carers and helping them feel capable, confident, and proud of the work they do.
