Bringing the Community Together Through Nostalgic Cinema
At Beehive Care & Training, we believe that great care goes beyond services—it’s about connection, belonging and shared experiences.
Nostalgic screenings have a unique power. They spark memories, encourage conversation and bring generations together in a warm, inclusive setting.
For many people, revisiting much-loved films can promote wellbeing, reduce isolation and support emotional connection—particularly for older adults and those living with memory loss or dementia.
These shared experiences help people feel seen, valued and connected, which sits at the very heart of what we do.
We’re delighted to support these events and invite everyone to enjoy a programme of feel‑good, nostalgic films that celebrate timeless stories, shared memories and the joy of coming together.

Upcoming Workshops in June:

Group Cognitive Stimulation
Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is a gentle, evidence-based approach designed to support thinking, memory, communication, and social interaction for people living with dementia.
This program is inspired by CST and offers people living with dementia and their teammates the opportunity to spend enjoyable, meaningful time together while participating in engaging and stimulating activities. The group setting also creates opportunities to meet others, share experiences, and build a sense of connection and community throughout the 7-week program.
Activities may include movement-based games, word games, quizzes, music, conversation, creative activities, and much more!
