Community Carer – Late Shifts
(14:30 – 22:00)

£26,000 (pro rata) + Paid Mileage | Fixed Hours | Local Routes

Looking for a role that fits around your day — without early starts or unpredictable hours?

Working in care in the evenings often brings a different pace.

It’s about helping someone settle in, feel comfortable, and end their day safely in their own home.

With the right structure around you, that support becomes consistent, familiar, and genuinely meaningful.

What this role offers you

  • Late shifts only (14:30 – 22:00) — no early mornings
  • Fixed 37.5 hours per week — reliable income and stability
  • A structured bi-weekly rota, including alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
  • Local routes designed to keep your day manageable
  • Regular customers — giving you time to build trust and familiarity

A role built around consistency

Care works best when it feels steady — for both you and the people you support.

Visits are planned within one local area wherever possible, reducing unnecessary travel and keeping your day flowing naturally.
Over time, you’ll become a familiar part of people’s routines, rather than a different face each day.

What your day-to-day will involve

  • Supporting with meals, medication, and evening routines
  • Helping people settle safely for the night
  • Providing companionship and reassurance
  • Building ongoing relationships with regular customers

Who this could suit

  • You’re looking for stable hours and consistent income
  • You prefer afternoon and evening work
  • You need a role that fits alongside daytime commitments
  • You value routine, familiarity, and building relationships over time
  • No previous experience needed — full training is provided
