As a local care provider, we believe strong communities make a real difference to people's wellbeing.
That's why we're proud to support events such as Honiton Market Charter Day, which celebrates the town's history while bringing local people, businesses and organisations together. Honiton Market Charter Day commemorates the Royal Charter granted to the town and features entertainment, community stalls, family activities, food and local organisations throughout the day.

We came for the conversations
Community isn't built through services alone. It's built through conversations, relationships, and taking the time to show up.
Honiton Charter Day gave us the opportunity to do exactly that.
Throughout the day, we spoke with local residents, families, community groups, fellow businesses, and people who simply stopped by for a chat. Some conversations were about care, some were about independence, and some were just good old-fashioned community catch-ups. But every conversation mattered.
As care providers, we spend a lot of time talking about supporting people to remain independent at home. Events like this are a reminder that independence is closely linked to community too. Knowing local people, understanding local places, and being part of local life all play a role in helping people stay connected to the things that matter most.
It was fantastic to see Honiton full of activity, local organisations supporting one another, and so many people taking the time to engage with what makes our community thrive.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand, entered our prize draw, picked up information, shared their experiences, or simply said hello.
We're proud to care for Honiton and the surrounding communities, and even prouder to be part of them.
