Two Contract Options – Choose What Works for You
Full‑Time Salaried Community Care Worker
- £26,000 per year
- Guaranteed full‑time hours
- Ideal if you’re looking for stability, routine and long‑term career progression
Casual Community Care Worker
- £13.00 per hour
- Perfect if you want flexibility around evenings, weekends or other commitments such as family, study or a second job
All roles include 23p per mile paid mileage.
The Role
You’ll be supporting people in their own homes across Honiton, Tiverton, Cullompton and surrounding rural villages, helping them remain independent in the communities they love.
Depending on your contract and availability, shifts may include mornings, evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing warm, respectful personal care
- Supporting with meals, medication and daily routines
- Assisting with light household tasks
- Offering friendly, reliable companionship
- Completing simple electronic visit notes via the Beehive Care app
