Community Carer – Early Shifts
(07:00 – 14:30)

£26,000 (pro rata) + Paid Mileage | Consistent Local Routes

Looking for a role that fits around your day?

Starting work early and finishing by mid-afternoon can make a meaningful difference to everyday life. Whether you’re balancing family commitments, looking for routine, or simply prefer mornings, this role is built around consistency — both for you and for the people you support.

A role rooted in local community care

Supporting people in their own homes means becoming part of their daily routine — not just visiting, but providing familiar, reliable support that helps them start each day safely and comfortably.

With structured routes and regular customers, your working day remains focused, predictable, and close to home.

What your working pattern looks like

  • Early shifts: 07:00 – 14:30
  • 37.5 hours per week on a fixed, bi-weekly rota
  • Alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
  • Routes planned within one local area wherever possible

This structure supports a steady routine, reducing travel between visits and creating continuity for both you and those you care for.

What the role involves

  • Supporting with personal care and morning routines
  • Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
  • Helping individuals begin their day safely and comfortably
  • Building ongoing relationships with regular customers
  • Providing reassurance, companionship, and practical support

What you can expect

  • £26,000 per year (pro rata)
  • Paid mileage
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Structured, well-planned local visits
  • A consistent and supportive team environment

Who this role suits

This role often works well for people who:

  • Prefer early starts and finishing early
  • Want afternoons free for personal commitments
  • Value routine and consistency in their work
  • Enjoy building relationships rather than constant change
  • If you are new to care — full training is provided

Working locally, with purpose

Routes are carefully organised to reduce travel time and keep visits within the same area wherever possible. The focus remains on delivering consistent, high-quality support within the local community.
