What your working pattern looks like

Early shifts: 07:00 – 14:30
37.5 hours per week on a fixed, bi-weekly rota
Alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
Routes planned within one local area wherever possible

This structure supports a steady routine, reducing travel between visits and creating continuity for both you and those you care for.

What the role involves

Supporting with personal care and morning routines
Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
Helping individuals begin their day safely and comfortably
Building ongoing relationships with regular customers
Providing reassurance, companionship, and practical support

What you can expect

£26,000 per year (pro rata)
Paid mileage
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
