What your working pattern looks like
- Early shifts: 07:00 – 14:30
- 37.5 hours per week on a fixed, bi-weekly rota
- Alternate weekends (1 on, 1 off)
- Routes planned within one local area wherever possible
This structure supports a steady routine, reducing travel between visits and creating continuity for both you and those you care for.
What the role involves
- Supporting with personal care and morning routines
- Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
- Helping individuals begin their day safely and comfortably
- Building ongoing relationships with regular customers
- Providing reassurance, companionship, and practical support
What you can expect
- £26,000 per year (pro rata)
- Paid mileage
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
